Now I am better, I decided to get back to work.
Dad got a box called New Balance that some shoes came in.
I took it in my bed and 'de-constructed' it.
There was cardboard and paper. It was a lot of fun.
This is "Pierced Cardboard Shadow Shapes". I am proud of it.
I am glad to be back at work making beautiful things.
Hope you are having fun too.

Beautiful work, Buster! Glad to see you're back in action.
ReplyDeleteMy brother George does similar pieces, but with the shoes themselves. (Although our mom does not fully appreciate this style of modern art)

Hello Buster,
ReplyDeleteIt is very good to see that you have returned to your work. I think that you are right to be proud of Pierced Cardboard Shadow Shapes.
Do you think that you will soon be requiring some studio assistants?
Best wishes.

Maybe the new environment and the drugs helped you get your mojo back. Or perhaps you were visualizing what you would like to do to that vet with his "Cone of Shame." Whatever, your work is truly inspired. I like the shredded and deconsctructed box a lot.
ReplyDeleteMy my... looks like the great artist is back on his paws. Good job with the box... another masterpiece for the collection.
ReplyDeleteLicks, hero
You are an artist, Buster! You must get that good trait from your Dad. :o) Say hi to your Mum for me. Happy Weekend, sweet Boy ((HUGS))
ReplyDeleteBuster, I'm so glad you are feeling better. I had doggie morphine before too and it makes me especially goofy. Did you have to have surgery? That is no fun. Your art is priceless. I expect it will be on display in an art museum soon.
