Art and Life

My parents think this is very funny.
They call me "Monkey-Man" or "Mummin-Man".
I bet your family call you stupid stuff too....

Anyway, because it is fall, lots of sticks have been
falling out of the trees. Haha!
This is my installation called Two Sticks Balanced
except it was not balanced for very long. It fell over.

Benny made a performance piece called Rock Slobber #18.
He does it by chewing on a tennis ball and rolling it on a rock.

Everyone came to see it. Even the very big dogs.

  3. Buster,I think both you and Benny should apply for government grants so you can further your art studies. You could get a fine supply of sticks and boxes and Benny could more tennis balls. Maybe even an indoor dog park where you could work!

  4. Hi Buster,

Wow, you sure are handsome when you stand up in Muffin-man style! Actually, you're handsome no matter what you do...I hope things are going well with you and Darcy! And how is Knut doing?

Yep, my Mommy has a lot of names for me too...Miss Beagle Head, Ferdinand, because I sniff the flowers a lot, Spethel, which is Special with a lisp, why? no clue, Miss Peanut Head, Peanut, Nut of Pea...humans sure are wacky sometimes, aren't they?

  5. Rock Slobber #18! I love it!
Your expression in that first pic says it all: Let me down, please! I belong on 4 legs, not 2!
    Silly humans!

  6. Hi Buster,

Sometimes my silly hoomans do that to me too... and get some laugh out of it... hmmph! I like your installation better than Benny's performance piece though it didn't balance to well.

  10. Oh Buster, Edward likes to dance too. He stands up on me with his paws on my chest and we dance around the kitchen floor.

I love the story of you getting your tennis ball out of the water. You are very brave. Edward would never go into the water for anything!!
