Today is the longest day of the year which means it will be light a lot.
This is what I did today.
I went to the park and there was a tennis ball
that was very squishy and wet.
So I squelched it for a long time.
Then Charlotte arrived and went swimming.
I was very glad to see her because she has had a bad leg like Enzo and I have missed her.
This is an action shot of Charlotte shaking herself. You can see the water flying around.
This is an artsy picture of Charlotte when she is still wet.
We went to a coffee truck place
and I hoped to get some banana bread that James ate.
This is us wanting the cake that we did not get. Other than that, it was a very good day.
HAPPY SUMMER
love

Squishy tennis balls are the best !

Have missed you, Buster, as usual. Loved all the photos your Mom took, especially the black& whites!
ReplyDeleteHope you enjoy all of your Summer, too. You are so very handsome!
Oh Buster you are so positive - I would have found it hard to believe it was a good day without CAKE!!
ReplyDeleteYour Lady Charlotte is looking as gorgeous as ever - I don't doubt that she was sorely missed.
It was our "shortest" day of the year and now each day they will start getting a little longer.
The seasons this year seem to be rolling by so fast so enjoy your time out and about in the lovely weather!
You look so well with your 'Bedhead' hairdo Buster.
ReplyDeleteI would love to join you in your pool..
Soon...maybe in 2 weeks the doc says I can go swimming.
Can't wait!!
Bonne Summer Buster
Too bad you didn't get any cake. I would have given you cake. Love the word squelched because it describes perfectly what that ball would sound like. enjoy!!
ReplyDeleteHappy Summer to you, Buster!
ReplyDeleteGood to see Charlotte is back in action at the park...just in time to get back in the swim of it all. Do you all ever splash around in the pool together? If so, maybe your mom will be able to get a double action shot of Charlotte and you doing the water shake off moves.
Sorry about the lack of cake. Your sweet faces surely did show that you were interested.
Hope to see you soon.
I hope you find a squishy tennis ball again! It looks like a fine day at the dog park!

Hi Buster,
ReplyDeleteI have a dear friend in your neck of the woods, even though she does not have a dog. It's pretty hot there, hey? We are shivering here, under a blanket that Bruce seems to hog most of.
Hi dear Buster!
ReplyDeleteLove always seeing you!
Happy 4th July América!
